A short, straightforward checkout guide for the end of your stay.

Check-out time
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If your schedule requires something different, let us know as early as you can and we'll do what we can to accommodate.

Trash
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Pickup is Tuesdays, cans out by Monday evening. If your checkout falls on a Monday or Tuesday, please take the large can down the driveway to the curb before you go.

Locking up
The door locks itself automatically once it's fully closed. Please make sure it clicks shut behind you — a door left slightly ajar won't lock.

Dishwasher
Please load any dirty dishes and run it before you go. See the dishwasher guide if you need a refresher on starting a cycle.

If you brought a pet
Please do a quick check of the yard for any waste before you go. It's part of checkout for pet stays, and it helps keep things ready for the next guest — see the outdoor areas guide for where waste bags are kept.

Changing plans
If you're checking out earlier than planned, a quick message letting us know helps us coordinate cleaning for the next guest.
