How to connect

  1. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
  2. Select True Gait Living.
  3. Enter the password shown above.
  4. Wait for your device to confirm that it is connected.

If your device does not connect

  • Confirm that you selected the correct network and entered the password exactly as shown.
  • Turn Wi-Fi off on your device, wait ten seconds, and turn it back on.
  • Use your device's “Forget This Network” option, then reconnect.
  • Move closer to the home if you are attempting to connect from outside.

If multiple devices cannot connect, contact us through the booking platform so we can investigate.

Network equipment

Please do not unplug, reset, relocate, or reconfigure the router, wireless access points, or other network equipment.
